Day 5 - Belize City
We wanted to go for the sharks and rays excursion but it was fully booked,
so we went for another excursion that is recommended by the staff onboard.
There were 4 or 5 ships tendering near Belize city, no wonder the excursions were sold out!
We took a 40 mins boat ride to the middle of the ocean..
We came to a stop and hopped unto another boat that seemed to be waiting for us.
In the middle of nowhere..
I thought we gonna take that boat to another location for our activity,
but it turns out the boat was a half submarine!
We were like WOAH! and so excited for the first 15 mins…
Then it started to get boring and people fell asleep lol
I am not sure how long we were down there… But i was getting pretty claustrophobic and oozy.
Next they send us to a private island get away,
which seem like… hmmm… a piece of floating land with sand that gonna sink anytime LOL
It was still pretty but the weather wasn't good.
It rained heavily 2 or 3 times while we were there, but thankfully it was just passing rain.
My rainbow princess adding colors to the grayscale skies
I was so cold and couldn't went down with her,
luckily Jerlyn was very on and went down to catch fishes with her!
I am actually very scared of tiny fishes… they just creep me out.
There were tiny fishes that look like anchovies swimming around…
Another reason for me NOT to go down the water.
And then the rain came again…
Nothing is stopping her from having fun!
She always give me cute poses when she's happy
After all the digging, she actually finds a baby hermit crab!
She was so proud of it and showed it off to Daddy haha!
A cute video of her catching the birds on the island..
Some snorkeling shot that hubby took
Bye private island!
It does look like its sinking right?
Long journey back to the ship….
After dropping us back to the ship, we actually board another boat for Belize city!
It was EXTREMELY rush but i couldn't pass a chance to buy souvenirs hehe.
